At CCPA, we offer one option for dropping off your child in the morning and two options for picking up in the afternoon. 

From your Vehicle
(Available for Morning Drop Off and Afternoon Pickup)

In the morning, you will drive up to the back of the church.  At 9:00, a  CCPA Staff member (wearing a green lanyard) will open your door, help unbuckle your child, gather their bag/coat, and help them out of the vehicle.  The Staff member will then escort them to their classroom.

In the afternoon, you will drive up to  the front side of the church and display your Pick Up Number Sign on your dashboard.  Each child/family is given a unique Number Sign to help us identify your vehicle and get your child ready.  When you have pulled up to the loading area, a CCPA Staff member will walk your child to the car, open the door and assist them in to the vehicle.  (Unknown individuals will be asked for identification to ensure their name is listed on the child's paperwork as "okay" for pickup.)

In Classroom
(Available ONLY for Afternoon Pickup)

In the afternoon, we will offer the option of entering the Preschool and picking up your child from their classroom.  Please park in the rear parking lot of the church and wait by the Preschool Door marked Extended Care Entrance (See Image Above).  At 12:30, a CCPA Staff member will open the door and you may make your way to your child's classroom.  Please make a line outside your child's classroom along the wall to allow other parents to pass through the hallway.  Your child's teacher will release your child in the order that you arrive.  (Unknown individuals will be asked for identification prior to entering the school, to ensure their name is listed on the child's paperwork as "okay" for pickup.)
